Behavioral Health Aide Workgroup
Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) has established the Behavioral Health Aide (BHA) Workgroup to work on different areas of project development. The BHA Workgroup is made up of representatives of the Alaska Native regional and Tribal health organizations that employ BHAs.
The BHA Workgroup has three subcommittees:
- Pre- and Post-Skill Checklist Committee
- Clinical Supervision Competencies Committee
- Training Content and Academic Review Committee
Two University of Alaska representatives have been invited to participate in the Training Content and Academic Review Committee.
The first BHA Workgroup teleconference was held on November 30, 2004. The Training Content and Academic Review Committee also had its first teleconference as a subcommittee on January 14, 2005.
