Clinic location and contact information The Early Intervention Services (EIS) Clinic provides clinical care for patients with HIV/AIDS, consultation with Providers across the state who are caring for patients with HIV/AIDS, and support for rural patients and case managers who coordinate care for rural patients through regional Hub Sites. Anchorage Clinic location Internal Medicine Clinic Appointments are available on Mondays between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon and Thursdays between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
