Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. ANTHC has received federal financial assistance from DOT, and as a condition of receiving this assistance, ANTHC has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26. The ANTHC DBE Plan is applicable only to DOT-assisted contracts.

Proposed Overall Goal for Fiscal Year 2008 (FY08)

ANTHC has modified its DBE Program to eliminate contract goals and to establish a 100% race neutral program. Despite the fact that DBE goals will not be set on individual contracts, ANTHC aspires to achieve an overall DBE participation of 8% in FY08 (October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008).
