Keith Cook, REHS, CIH, MPH
Keith is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) and manager of the Institutional Environmental Health (IEH) program. He started his career in Bethel Alaska and served in three additional assignments before returning to Alaska in 2001.
Keith has completed the IHS Institutional Environmental Health Residency which is comprised of one year of study at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and a one-year residency at various health care facilities in the DC area.
