Maintenance and Improvement Resource Allocation Committee

The Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) Resource Allocation Committee (MIRAC) is a committee that was created by and reports to the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) Board of Directors.

The MIRAC's members are primarily facility managers at hospitals and clinics that participate in the Alaska tribal health system.  The Chair of the MIRAC Committee is an ANTHC Board member.

The M&I Program is administered by the ANTHC Division of Environmental Health & Engineering (DEHE). As part of the M&I Program, DEHE also provides technical architectural, engineering and contracting assistance to the MIRAC facilities.

The Health Facility Engineering Division of ANTHC has created a manual to explain the policies and procedures that govern the MIRAC committee.  It is called the MIRAC Policy and Procedure Manual You can download a PDF copy of this manual or a word document of the other MIRAC documents by clicking on the link below.
