Welcome to the RPMS Support Web site
The RPMS Support provides assistance in the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) throughout Alaska in the implementation and maintenance of the RPMS computer applications, patches, software fixes and hardware. DSS works with the Office of Information Technology (OIT) in Albuquerque to ensure that RPMS systems, applications, and patches are up to date. RPMS application enhancements and upgrades are distributed as a verified package or patch from OIT; they are loaded onto the remote systems. The RPMS Support is committed to being your first stop for any problems encountered with RPMS related hardware and software.
