Don Kashevaroff, ANTHC CEOANTHC announces new Chief Executive Officer

The ANTHC board of directors is pleased to announce that Don Kashevaroff has accepted the position of chief executive officer. Board members cited his strong leadership skills and background working with tribal, corporate, statewide, and national organizations. Kashevaroff served ten years on the consortium board, eight of them as chairman and president. The board has elected Lincoln Bean as its new chairman and president.

Alaska Native Tribal Health System helps cut tobacco rates, but more work is needed

On June 16, ANTHC CEO Don Kashevaroff said resources are needed to help continue work to reduce rates of tobacco use among Alaska Natives. ANTHC provides technical assistance to tribes, training for tobacco cessation specialists, and medications for people quitting tobacco use. Click here to see more.
