Call for nominations for the 16th annual Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation Luminary Awards

The Healthy Alaska Natives Foundation (HANF), the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium’s (ANTHC’s) charitable arm, is currently accepting nominations for the 2023 Luminary Awards. The Luminary Awards recognize individuals and organizations for their dedication and outstanding contributions to the Alaska Tribal Health System and community.

This year’s award categories are: 

  • President’s Legacy & Leadership Award
  • Distinguished Provider Award
    • Outstanding Rural Health Champion Award

    The Luminary Awards Nomination Form can be found on HANF’s website at healthyalaskanatives.org/2023-ravens-ball.

    The nominations deadline for the 2023 Luminary Awards is 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 16, 2022. 

    All nominations will be reviewed by the HANF Board of Directors. The Board anticipates final selection of awardees will be made in January 2023.

    The Luminary Award winners will be celebrated at the in-person Raven’s Ball on April 29 at the Hotel Captain Cook in Anchorage. The Raven’s Ball is a signature fundraising gala that raises money and awareness for Alaska Tribal Health System.
