Walk-up COVID-19 testing is on the move: opening in ANTHC parking garage on Jan. 13

January 11, 2021

The COVID-19 walk-up testing site is moving from the Consortium Office Building (COB) to the bus depot within the ANTHC parking garage attached to Patient Housing, opening Wednesday, Jan. 13. The site is being relocated for the convenience of patient housing guests and for people without vehicles and/or those who need assistance with their swabbing.

The bus depot is located on the first floor of the parking garage at 4043 Tudor Centre Drive. It is accessible via an entrance on Tudor Centre Drive, the parking garage elevator or the first floor of the parking garage. Please follow the purple walk-up testing directional signs to find the testing location.

In preparation for the move, the COB walk-up testing site will close at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12. The drive-thru testing site will remain open until 7 p.m. as usual.

Parking on the first floor of the garage will be limited to patients visiting the walk-up testing site. Staff and patients who currently park on the first floor are asked to park on other floors and utilize the skybridge to access the hospital and avoid the elevator lobby as it will function as a waiting area for testing. All handicap and other reserved parking spaces are being relocated to other floors to ensure patients and testing site staff have adequate parking.

Online registration is still requested in advance for the walk-up location (and required for the drive-thru). For Elders and others who need assistance, staff are available to complete registration at the walk-up site.

A link to registration can be found on the  www.anthc.org and www.anmc.org websites. Both testing sites will be open for their usual hours of 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday (and all ANTHC holidays, including Martin Luther King Day on Monday, Jan. 18).
