Mobile app makes ordering prescription refills easier for patients

The Alaska Native Medical Center Pharmacy is now on the My MobileRX app! With the My MobileRX, patients can get prescription refills and check their prescription status.
The app is available in the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). After downloading the My MobileRX app, use the Pharmacy zip code 99508 and select the Alaska Native Medical Center.

Using the app
Step 1:
Download the app on your mobile device.
Step 2:
Enter the five-digit zip code 99508 of the pharmacy. Click search, then select Alaska
Native Medical Center.
Step 3:
To add prescriptions, enter your birth date. Then scan the QR Code on your label, or manually enter the Rx number.
Step 4:
To refill a prescription, tap an Rx to see details, status, or to refill. If the Rx is not
refillable, then the “Refill” button will not appear.
