Reminder: New ANMC Infusion Center and Oncology and Hematology Clinic opens on Monday

Our latest projects to expand the ANMC Infusion Center and Oncology, Palliative Care and Hematology Clinic and will open on Monday, Oct. 3. This addition of 20,000 square feet of new clinic space has been designed to provide our people with a healing environment to enhance the healing treatment provided. The fourth floor of the Healthy Communities Building (HCB) on the west side of the Alaska Native Health Campus has been remodeled for additional patient care space to meet the growing health needs of our people. With the completion of this project, the Pulmonology and Podiatry clinics will be relocated to the fourth floor from their location on the third floor of the HCB. The clinics move from ANMC into the new space and create additional opportunities for expansion in the hospital. The clinics will be accessible via shuttle from ANMC hospital, in addition to the Internal Medicine clinic that opened on the third floor of the HCB this spring. Our growth at ANMC focuses on improving access to care for our people, while also enhancing the quality and experience of the care we provide.
