
Recognizing the high cost to operate sanitation infrastructure in rural Alaska, the ANTHC Rural Energy Initiative works with communities to implement innovative energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions, combined with local operator training, to make public sanitation affordable. ANMC pharmacy prepares for flu season

As the flu season approaches, ANMC is gearing up for our annual flu vaccine clinic, which will be held every Saturday in October (Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29) at the Anchorage Primary Care Center in the Primary Care Clinic 2 East. This week, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the expansion of the Local Environmental Observers (LEO) Network program, a concept initiated and championed by ANTHC and Alaska Tribal communities.
